What will your responsibilites look like?

  • Collection and steering of Group-wide climate and environmental indicators, incl. ESG software administration
  • Further development of the Group-wide environmental data collection, consolidation and calculation processes (energy consumption, Scope 1-3 emissions) to meet the CSRD reporting requirements
  • Continuous improvement of environmental data quality in close cooperation with our subsidiaries
  • Participation in the development, planning and management of the Group-wide climate and sustainability strategy
  • Development of climate and environmental targets to manage material impacts, risks and opportunities
  • Definition and implementation of a decarbonization plan: Identification, evaluation and prioritization of suitable measures (avoidance, reduction, compensation of emissions)

What do we expect from you?

  • Successfully completed studies in business, economics or environmental sciences, ideally with a focus on climate/sustainability management or comparable education
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of sustainability/environment in an international context
  • Knowledge of relevant sustainability standards, regulations and laws (e.g. CSRD, EU-Taxonomy, ISO 14001/ISO 50001)
  • Interest in the construction and software industry
  • Very good analytical, conceptual and communication skills, high implementation strength and solution orientation
  • Confident handling of climate and environmental data
  • Strong service mentality in dealing with different target groups
  • Enjoying international cooperation and a high degree of initiative
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
